Each balloon is prefilled with heart shaped paper confetti. Simply inflate and the confetti will move around inside adding an extra decorative dimension.

Use the balloons for general decoration or to create a Valentine’s themed event. When fully inflated the balloons are approximately 38cm in diameter.
