Each balloon is prefilled with heart-shaped paper confetti. Simply inflate and the confetti will move around inside adding an extra decorative dimension.
Use the balloons for general decoration or to create a Mother’s day themed event. When fully inflated the balloons are approximately 38cm in diameter.
