Any time is “Cowabunga!” time when you slip into character as Raphael, the most unpredictable of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fraternity. His shell has a definite sharp edge when he sees red – like his bandana. Consists of TMNT 2nd skin suit only the shell, belt with nameplate, knee pads and elbow pads are all separate pieces.
